Nov. 2006 - A local Ottawa artist was pumped up about the arrival of a notice, indicating that he’d become an international seller overnight. Paul Leclair, 32, began recording his frantic guitar music in 1999 at the family’s east-end home. Since then he has created more than 100 songs, has changed jobs 4-5 times, and got married and had 2 kids. “Well, I was done putting my daughter to bed last night when I decided to go check my e-mail. It’s not something I do very often, and was surprised to see an e-mail claiming ‘the shipment had not arrived’,” said Paul. ..
