"Daniel Rogers is a songwriter/composer living in Columbus, Ohio. His debut CD, THIS SIDE OF THE GREEN ARROW, is a self-produced concept album blending stylistic elements of Progressive/Art Rock with the intimacy and introspection of a Singer/Songwriter. Built on lyrical themes of war, loss, escapism, and the search for bliss, THIS SIDE OF THE GREEN ARROW was produced using a diverse range of acoustic and electronic instruments to create a haunting and thought-provoking first album.
In addition to his new album, Rogers has written numerous songs and compositions for film and theatre, including works for the feature films HOODWINKED (now in theaters nationwide) and CHILLICOTHE (available on video) and the short film BREAKING UP WITH MAGGIE MOORE (in rotation on The Independent Film Channel)." |
